Cadwyn were previously managing their growing ASB Case workload using numerous spreadsheets. Data was duplicated, insecure and regularly was lost. Reporting was non-existent and Customer Service poor when Housing Officers were unavailable. Access to case data was impossible whilst away from the office and information updated infrequently and irregularly.
Locality Solutions were able to migrate all the existing data from over 20 separate workbooks directly into the Case Management Solution with no data loss and accurate case history.
